APPEA's Safety and Environmental Alerts System |
|
Welcome to APPEA's Safety and Environmental Alerts System, the online incident reporting system for Australia's petroleum production and exploration industry. This alert system was established to ensure that the details of incidents, near-misses and mitigating actions are available to member companies and their service providers to learn from in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
The APPEA Safety and Environmental Alerts System is available for viewing by the public. This way, the broader community can benefit from the important environmental and safety learning of Australia's oil and gas industry.
Access to enter new alerts onto the system is available by subscription to the site. Subscription is free, although membership is at the discretion of APPEA. To subscribe to the system, please click here to contact Miranda Taylor at APPEA.
APPEA would welcome feedback on the usefulness and user-friendliness of the system so that we can continue to improve.
